Independent Utility • No Government Affiliation
ExamKit is an independent digital tool provided by Strivento. ExamKit is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with any government department, public recruitment commission, educational institution, or examination agency (including, but not limited to, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, State PSCs, NTA, RRB, or central/state universities). All examination names and portal terms are referenced strictly for descriptive and identification purposes under nominal fair use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using ExamKit (“the Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
2. Candidate Responsibility & Specification Verification
Application guidelines, dimension limits, file size constraints (KB), acceptable background colors, and resolution standards vary frequently across different examination notifications.
Sole Responsibility: You, as the candidate/applicant, are strictly and solely responsible for verifying that the output file produced by ExamKit complies in every detail with the official rules and instructions set forth by your specific examination authority or recruiting agency.
No Verification or Guarantee: ExamKit does not verify, certify, or guarantee that any processed image, signature, or document will be accepted by an external application system. You must inspect the downloaded file on your computer or smartphone prior to uploading it to the official portal.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Files: You retain 100% sole and exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all photographs, signatures, marksheets, certificates, and files you open or process in ExamKit. Because processing occurs strictly inside your browser, ExamKit acquires zero license or ownership rights in your files.
Platform IP: All code, interface designs, branding, logos, graphics, icons, algorithms, and documentation comprising ExamKit are the exclusive property of Strivento and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
4. Prohibited & Acceptable Use
ExamKit is provided strictly for legitimate educational, employment, and examination preparation purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Upload or process falsified, counterfeit, forged, or fraudulent certificates, signatures, or identification documents.
- Use the Service for identity theft, impersonation, or unlawful misrepresentation on official applications.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate extraction of proprietary algorithms or site source code.
- Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt the operation of the web server or static asset delivery mechanisms.
5. “As-Is” & “As-Available” Warranty Disclaimer
ExamKit is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Strivento disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of file compression algorithms, and uninterrupted or error-free browser operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Strivento nor its developers, contributors, affiliates, or licensors shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Rejection or Disqualification: Any rejection of an examination application form, disqualification of candidature, or denial of admit card/entry to an examination hall.
- Missed Deadlines: Failure to submit documents prior to portal application deadlines or server close-off times.
- Data or Device Issues: Local file corruption, browser crash, memory overflow, or loss of unsaved file data on your device.
7. Third-Party Links & Resources
ExamKit may display hyperlinks to third-party portals, exam notification releases, or external platforms. These links are supplied solely for candidate reference. We do not endorse or exercise control over any third-party websites and assume zero responsibility for their content, policies, or operations.
8. Changes to Terms & Severability
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take immediate effect upon being published on this page. If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
